Accidentally deleted the executable and cannot start the game after reinstall

When i tried to start the game i pressed del and deleted the excecutable and could not get it back from the trash bin. I reinstalled it and it did not let me install it in the root of the hard drive disks. i reinstalled it and now whenever i try to start the game says i got cheat engine, dnspy. wemod. i did not have any of those software on. I restarted my pc and have the same issue

i reinstalled it 5 times with the same issue from different sources moddb, itch io, the main site and got the cheat tool detected warning

Please make the game standalone it doesnt matter if not many people can run the server. if some can its good enough i still have the deadzone-app

Do you have anything like WeMod thats what im getting flagged for they only make mods for singleplayer games but its blocking me for just having it on my PC not even open. So if you have anything like trainers for games id assume it would block you for those. (Not an admin btw just checking to see if anyone has said anything about WeMod since its pretty popular)

I got cheat engine install and nothing else but they are not running. It worked before i accidentally deleted the executable and reinstalled. I made no changes

i had dnspy on that computer, but did not have we mod but it got flagged for some reason. I tried on a different computer and it only flag the cheat engine because it was installed on the computer. I uninstalled it and now it runs on the laptop but not on the main computer. kind of extreme to not let the game run on a computer with those softwares even when they are not used.

Then it probably wasnt working correctly the first time since I had installed it like 20min ago its been hitting WeMod for me with it being closed. Either gonna just take a break from the game till they say something about this or just not play it since I use WeMod alot id really not like to have to uninstall and reinstall it everytime id like to use it.
