Recycler book for reducing time

In it's current state recycler is pretty useless.

it would be more usefull if the recycler actualy gave more materials than scraping

Thank you for the update. The only thing now is that the time stated inside recycler, while piking items to recycle, is still the old one while the real time is way more faster. I will put this also in bug report for better view.
