Missions right now boil down to: get to a location, loot X containers while fighting off constant zombie hordes. Sounds like it should be tense, but honestly most zombies die in one shot or one melee hit, so there's basically zero threat. Even the "Rush" event, where it's just runners nonstop, doesn't last long enough to actually feel dangerous.
End result is every mission feels trivial. And because of that, leveling up or finding a new weapon doesn't feel exciting, since nothing you fight really requires it.
Same issue with the daily base attacks. Most of what shows up is walkers that die in one shot, and half the time my survivors don't even get to fight since my sniper towers pick them off in a couple hits before they even get close to the base.
Would love to see zombies take more hits (or hit harder), bigger/longer hordes, tougher base attack waves, and Rush events that last longer or scale with how strong you are. Right now there's just no reason to feel challenged, in missions or defending the base.
