People can opt out PVP

I guess it s easier than creating 2 separate servers.

I remember there being a white-flag skill book that opts you out of PVP at the cost of a skill book slot. Presumably it's still out there?

The White Flag will return, as a Code to redeem for everyone who chooses to.
