There was another discussion on this topic and there I suggested like a book for highlightning last 3/2/1 objects depending on the rarity of the book. Another idea would be like a side skill for Scout? Being able to see stuff seems like a thing for him. In the future perhaps this could be like a thing adding new abilities to each class, or perhaps like a skill tree to make character customizations a little more RPG?

Just off the bat, Scavanger: to choose between luck on quality for items, luck on quantity of items, scroll finder luck (schematics). Warrior: to chose between more melee damage, more gun damage, more damage resistance, more life, return damage? Scout: Detect boxes, Detect fuel(small chance to increase fuel find), 6th sense (detect where and what kind of zombies appear, perhaps increasing chances of finding rare zombies?). Enginieer : Small construction time boost, Small chance to randomly increase production on drop offs or fuel generator, small crafting chances. Doctor: Small chance to full recover during mission, chance to heal when returning from mission, small chance to revive during mission, heal all, chance to increase hp at the beginning of a mission. And offcourse new classes :). This combined with bonuses from new equipment (or even class specific sets) might make the game a little more RPG. Thanks for your patience. :)

I would totally get 9 Engineers for faster construction/upgrade time, and then retrain them later.
Allocating stat points for each survivor sounds exhausting, though.
