24 hr irl Area time lock

just like the title said , apparently each Area will have a 24 hr irl time lock after raid now , BS decision imo, 15-30min feels much more reasionable ngl, like wtf man,24hr ? and irl ? is this some sort of china anti addiction mechanic or something
