Weapons that hold only a single bullet

I would like the base ammo count increased for weapons that only hold a single round. Would it be a problem to raise it to 4 or 5? Of course, I don't want an imbalance; I just want to use various types of weapons without suffering consequences simply because a weapon is bad across the board.

Which weapons did you have in mind to be changed?

The craftable pistol holds only a single round and is level 17. There is also the bow, which has a capacity of just one level 19 arrow. For now, these are the weapons I’ve noticed that I have no reason to want to use. I have no idea if there’s a major shift at higher levels, but at the levels I mentioned, there’s no reason to use these weapons.
