How do doctors and leaders heal?

Yeah, I'm kind of dumb. I'm level 8 and I chose the medic because I remember it healed half the raid, the problem is I don't see how to do it

You can push E and click on the person you want healed. Or you can hold space and push the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to also heal.
