Experience? How does it work? Anyone know?

I'm thinking experience is gained and divided among party members. Also given to the leader.

The leader will always level up, even if you never use them in battle.

All survivors (plus leader) in the mission get the displayed experience from the mission report. It is not split up; all survivors gettify the full amount. Unless of course, the mission is 10 levels or more below their own in which case they will gain 0 XP
