Can somebody help me on how to fix the black screen when you start the game?

Hey guys newbie here, I had this problem since Monday when I run the window version it just stays on a black screen when I approve it to log in, so can I ask you guys how to fix it ?

1, delete the game 2, delete tldzapp on app data 3, flush dns 4, download the new launcher on our website the newest one 5, download the vpn and turn it on link to vpn : https://one.one.one.one/ 6, relaunch few times if still black screen like 5-6 times
