hello , an old player here since armorgames
I really think buildings should stay open and accessible without timers. The game is much more fun when we can freely explore and visit buildings whenever we want. Adding waiting timers makes the game feel more like a mobile game where you have to wait for everything to unlock instead of actually playing.
The whole point should be to let players spend more time playing, exploring, and enjoying the world—not waiting for buildings to open. Please consider removing these timers and keeping buildings open. I think it would make the game much more enjoyable and engaging.

Adding cooldowns, in effect, all it does is make me want to put the game down. Not good for player retention. Anyways, it also feels like punishing newer players.

I understand a timer but I think 24 hours is a bit too much, it's an outdated mechanic but one that was in the original game so I'm not too mad about it but there's gotta be some balance its kinda dumb that we were able to loot the same place as many times back to back as we wanted

A full day is rather punishing, especially when some quests may have you revisiting a location if you arent lucky enough to fulfill the quest requirements there. For example, i got unlucky with the quest to kill infected in riverside east residential buildings and was averaging around 12 per even whilst waiting the whole timer, I would not have been able to complete that quest in a timely manner if current restrictions were in place.
