When i open the game, it says your version is outdated and needs to be updated, When i finished updated after loading survivors, it stuck to black screen. is it only me or does anyone experience it?

I think the maintenance is ongoing. I saw the PSA 2 hrs ago in game that there will be maintenance.

new launcher was working fine then it black screened. is there anything to do or should we just wait. i tried to redownload the launcher and it still doesnt work. even trying to play the game by other means still black screens.

I tried to create new account and if working fine, but when i logged in to my old account again i'm still getting black screen the game won't load. so i guess our old account was deleted? and you have to start with new one and it's so frustrating to start over.

If you have the old version—it worked for me when I reverted to it, and I don't use the new one :)

I have the same issue: Loading screen, audio, black screen. new launcher / reinstall doesn't help. Loading a different account does work.
