XP Weapon bonus issue

I've been having this issue for quite some time now before and after the fix. It appears that XP bonuses from weapons (guns and melee) don't add up to the total exp after the mission results. I can see the EXP during the mission being added but there appears to be a roll back afterwards (I also experienced a level being affected whenever the exp is rolled back).
