I started before my brother did by a few days and he can login even now but I cant

Desde esta mañana, después de hacer el login y la autorización con el exe. sale la pantalla de cargando partida y se queda en negro, probé tb la beta, la cual funciona y la versión flash tampoco funciona, si veo alguna otra cosa informare, gracias.

i tried to reset my account and managed to get in game. Currently stuck at tutorial after building water and food storage, while 2nd survivor did not come to progress the game

Same just now. No new survivor, then I closed the game. to restart it. Back to black screen

If you have the old version—it worked for me when I reverted to it, and I don't use the new one :)

Same here. But it works after I use older version before recent update

Mi mensaje esta un poco mas arriba de hace 2 días. la verdad es que intente reinstalar mas de 15 veces xD y no funcionaba, desinstalé actualizaciones de windows, borre temporales... tampoco solucionaba problema, como soy un enganchado a los juegos reinicie en perfil todo mi progreso y ahora mismo llevo 16h que puedo jugar xD. I don't know how willing everyone might be to try this; I did it after attempting to delete temporary files, updates, and so on. In the end, out of desperation, I deleted my profile progress, and now I can get in. If anyone else has done this, please confirm—I'm currently playing.
