Survivor stuck in reloading when suppressed at the right time

I've been doing raider compounds and this happens quite a few times which is the cause of some of my failures. Basically when engaging HERC enemies, when a Survivor reloads almost exactly at the same time they're suppressed, they get stuck in the reload process forever. This also happens when they're about to finish reloading too. This prevents them from shooting and finishing the reload. They basically become useless throughout the mission. They can only interact with things which is pretty much just looting or disarming a trap
