small streets layout on streets scavange mission

when i start mission on streets on any city always a small streets layout not the streets layout.

Some of the maps have not been salvaged from the original game, and the street map is one (or rather three) of them. The future will require these losed maps to be rebuilted and integrated in to the game as time allows
