Recycler Bugs

Attempting to recycle Heavy Fabric does not work, and instead just has a 3s recycling that produces 0 cloth and consumes no heavy fabric

Worth noting, this gets fixed on reload, but what causes this is recycling clothes then attempting to use that eavy fabric to get cloth
