Possible bugs?

I am new and I am not aware of every buff DZR has compared to the old game. So I noticed: 1. When I select some items for recycling via my level 1 recycler, the time it takes for the actual recycling process is about 1/4 of the shown in the recycle panel. 2. The moral effect from food/water stocks is negative, event If I have food/water for 4+ days. 3. Somehow I obtained an elite schematic for a lvl 51 weapon while I was in the 2nd zone (Riverside East)

1. Was recently changed, I guess they soon will update the time inside the recycler too. 2. As designed, this was also in the old version of the game, you should push for more storage and resources for more positive morale. 3. I also observed that the level of the shematics are not the same with the zone you are doing missions on. (not a bug?)
