Placing buildings

I've noticed sometimes when I go to place a building, it'll use the resources but not actually place the building, has happened over 5 times now, and haven't seen a post about it.

I've encountered this before, but it will reappear after reconnecting to the resource.

Oh okay got you, Well i just noticed only time I've paid attention thought, I did 4 scavenge runs on automatic, sped them up all 4 times and didn't receive single resource and I tried relogging and they still didnt appear
