[Not sure if it is a bug] Return timer from missions is always 5 minutes

I've noticed that the return time from every mission, no matter from where on the map, is always 5 minutes as if I had bought the Deathmobile upgrade (which I have not). Is this a bug or is it intended?

The return timer from every mission is default 5 minutes so you can speed it up. This is intentional as before, Con had it set in place for couple hours/etc to encourage usage of fuel/microtransactions. This will not change. I hope this helps!

return time should increase with distance you come back from and not be same 5 mins for entire map othervise deathmobile upgrade is pointless to have

jester already said the return time was made to encourage microtransactions back in the day and since this revival is supposed to NOT encourage such thing, it's best to give the deathmobile upgrade for free so players can do missions as many times as they like while the upgrade itself is purely cosmetic just to give your car a different look and being able to rename it.

also the upgrade is very cheap anyway so it doesn't really matter much
