New MacOS native launcher doesn’t work.

After installing, trying to open the app just prompts to move it to trash, because the file is damaged. Tried installing several times, same result.
("Dead Zone Revive.app" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.
Safari downloaded this file today at xy.
Move to Trash/Cancel)

there should an option to keep the files
have you turn off the smart apps control ?
