Morale round down bug

The survivor actual morale boost is mismatch between the actual total morale that you got. From the looks of it, the morale calculation are : total morale / number of survivors, round down to nearest integer. So if i have +162 total morale, with 10 survivor, it should be +16 morale for all survivor. In reality, it only count the actual source of individual morale. For example, right now I have +60 comfort, +94 security, and +4 from both food and water stocks. It should be +16 morale for my survivor, but it only count +60 from comfort and +90 from security totaling of +15 morale, the +4 security and +4 food and water ( +12 total ) doesn't count since food and water are less than 10 points.
