Missing automission of survivors after game disconent and reload again, also survivors unavaiable and no loot after finish

So I had a little connection crash during my mission with 1 survivor and rest was sent to automissions. Then connection disconnected me for a minute in the middle of mission, but after reconecting, my survivor was back in compound like mission never happened (XP and kills counted for quest), but other survivors were blocked. However I did not see their mission on down screen, and in list of them all were on mission, which could not be skipped. Only final solution was to reconnect the game after 10 minutes when automissions were started, they were otherwise blocked indefinitely, and also 0 info about their activity, no new items, info about their mission.

yeah its known bug, when your survivor not return when they on return to base and you disconnect, but as you say just need 10 min then they will at base, i remember they still got the loot about exp on automission is supposed not gain except your leader on automision
