Item counting/Recycler

I think this was an old bug from early DZ that item counting are not refreshed every run/auto, which might be causing Recycler can't recycle certain item due to the numbers are not correctly + or - . Right now it's possible to get the counting correctly by recycle items manually or restart the game.
