Game Breaks all because I tried to create an Alliance

My game broke all because I tried to create an alliance. When I tried to do so. It lock and when I refereshed It wouldn't connect. So I had to reset and lose all my progress.

Yes. I tried to create an alliance. It broke my game. I couldn't connect. Leaving me no choice but to reset.
