Drop off buildings' timer does not update until one is collected

On resource dropoffs, the timer doesnot update every second, isntead only updates when another action is done, such as opening a menu. moving a building etc.

timer does update every 45sec so this is either bug or it is intentional but timer also updates after action

scrap that timer updates every 45sec only was switching menus around and saw same timer
