[Client] "Important update about the future of Dead Zone" banner leads to 404

The news banner at the bottom of the game client displays “An important update about the future of Dead Zone - View Details”. Clicking it opens a 404 page. This may be a legacy news banner from the original game that is still being displayed in the current client.
