[Building] Recycler timer advances significantly faster than real time

Started a Level 2 Recycler job at 07:29 with approximately 25 minutes remaining. Went on a mission, returned, and used “Speed Up” to accelerate the Scavenger’s return. At 07:35, only 6 real minutes after starting the Recycler, its timer showed 34 seconds remaining. Approximately 19 minutes should have remained. I had noticed unusually fast Recycler completion on previous jobs as well, but this is the first confirmed occurrence.
