[Building] F.U.E.L. Generator cannot be restocked / production does not start

I built the F.U.E.L. Generator, but I cannot find any way to restock it or start fuel production. The generator shows 0 fuel available to collect and a production time of 1d 22h, but the timer does not decrease. There is no Restock option in the building menu. I tried restarting the client, but nothing changed. I also dismantled the generator and built a new one to check whether the first building was bugged. The newly built generator behaves exactly the same way. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if the restock functionality is currently not working.

Update / clarification I initially thought I had misread the timer, but after checking the generator again, there still seems to be unusual behavior. 1. Immediately after building the Level 1 F.U.E.L. Generator, it showed: 1d 22h 0s The seconds were visible, but the timer did not change while I watched it for several minutes. 2. I restarted the client. No change. 3. I dismantled the generator and built a new one. The new generator behaved the same way. 4. After several days, the generator eventually completed a full cycle and showed: FULL / COLLECT 5 5. After collecting the 5 F.U.E.L., a new production cycle started automatically. The important difference is that the timer now does update. It does not tick every second, but roughly every 44–45 seconds the displayed remaining time jumps forward by a larger amount. 6. There is still no RESTOCK option after collecting the fuel. So the current behavior appears to be: - freshly built generator: countdown initially appears frozen; - later the first production cycle completes; - after collecting fuel, the next cycle starts automatically; - no manual Restock option is available. I am not sure whether the automatic restart without Restock is intentional in Revive, or whether the generator is currently bypassing the original restock mechanic.
