I logged in the game and all I see is a black screen. How to fix?

there a new update for client side so you need re download the launcher and instal it

have you delete the old files and redownload the game and instal with the latest version ?

Deleted old files. Install and re-install the new launcher too. I logged in once and relog into a black screen. No idea what I did wrong.

just pure black screen? its weird because the game already had newest client and everything good perhaps join discord and make ticket and send us the picture of your trouble sorry for the incovenience

the black screen saying you need authenticate then go to the new browser after you press the authenticate nothing happen? if yes , its the default browser you using is different, my recommendation change the default browser, and my first recommendation before clikc on authenticate hold shift and click the authenticate

I did do the auth process. The game client loaded, I heard sounds but the screen is black.

but i did relaunch the game and work fine now, i think its on your side, perhaps reinstall the game, flush dns, and delete on appdata the tldz folder hope it fix it
