Black loading screen

I don't know if this is common, but even though the game loads and the music plays, the screen goes black after everything finishes loading, and I can't see the gameplay. I'm not sure if it's the servers in my region, my internet connection, or an incompatibility with my PC; it was working fine until yesterday, and I only ran into this problem today.

tonight's the 3rd night of experiencing black screen. ever since i installed the updated zip, no chance I played the game. just the bx music and the blackness.

same question. always inform that "you have been disconnected from the server" and i dont know how to report that problem to developers

having that problem too, I tried using my steam account it worked but in my discord account its stuck in black screen.

I have the same problem. It doesn't work on one account (Steam), but it does on the other (Discord).

Since I have a desktop computer and a laptop at home, I installed the new DZR client on my old laptop, and to my surprise, everything works as it should. On the desktop computer, after launching DZR, the screen is still black O_o

I normally use the Windows download. It will boot up, verify login, start the loading scree, then go black. It basically goes black when I am actually loaded into the game. Tried the Ruffle version and it loads all the UI, but the game is black. Please have more official feedback on the forums so that we are aware of any progress / eyes on the issue.

type %appdata% in your file explorer search bar. Locate the tlsdzapp folder and delete it. Restart the game. It'll take a few minutes to regenerate the files but the issue ''should'' be resolved.
