Another Black Screen

It's been a week now, did the flush, did the tldzapp, did a clean install and everything.. Still black screen. Tried loggin in via browser, game is just stuck at loading game files for forever. Any fix on this yet?

I would if it was a network related issue, had my friend played at my house with the same game on a laptop and it works.

Yep, used what you mentioned, still black screen. Anyways this might be it lol. Do hope it is fixed during steam launch

so you very sure you had reinstal the game delete the old one and flush dns and delete tldzapp on appdata, and using vpn? and you sure you not using old exe? some people do mistake using same exe, but after you do all of those and using vpn relaunh few times its not work tell me 1, delete the game 2, delete tldzapp on app data 3, flush dns 4, download the new launcher on our website the newest one 5, download the vpn and turn it on 6, relaunch few times if still black screen like 5-6 times if you have do 6 of these and still happen black screen please tell us

I am pretty sure, since I ran the game on a sandbox also, I even changed my browser since the game actually calls browser for verification. Did download the game twice in the span of a week. And yes it is still happening.

Just an update. Here are a few things I discovered as well, - Browser 1. Using a FlashPlayer plugin, makes my game stuck at connecting. 2. Using Ruffle pushed me past that however, even on browser it's stuck at login. Tried it with my laptop and my friends laptop and only my account is getting black screen. So, based on the order of loading, it is the Game loading first before Survivor Loading (excuse my grammar a bit, but you know what I mean). It might be or might not be the case but I did notice a bug before that my main survivor's Face Icon and the character itself in the hideout disappeared when I equipped "mask-rabbit-evil-2018". There were cases before back when I was part of a dev team as well that sprites can cause crashes on the client, I mean this is a wild card but I do hope it helps. Ps. I was still able to login for maybe about 2 days while this item was equipped, but as mentioned above, I dont see the Main Character Icon on the upper left anymore nor do I see my main character walking or doing something on the hideout (survivor compound).

I've been getting the exact same black screen too.

I have to pass, I left the discord cause they don't respond there. I'll just hope for a fix in the future then.

Update : It works, made a discord ticket and it was actually the item that is preventing me on logging in. So if you had the same issue after you equipped some item that appears invisible, it might be the culprit. It is now working do hope this will help people in the future. 👍️

I think I have the same issue, got a demon mask recently and now I get this black screen. Where do I go on discord to make a ticket?

It should be under announcements named ticket under 🚀icon.
