Friend list allows you to attack your friend regardless of their level

Waiting for staff approval. It is not in Issues Found yet.

If you add someone into your friend list, you can attack them regardless of the level gap as long as they aren't in protection or uses WF. This means a lvl 60 player can raid a lvl 3 player and vice versa if they add each other on friend list.

Confirmed, players on my friends list are raidable regardless of level.
