Possibly incorrect level cap for Hunter Compacts

Waiting for staff approval. It is not in Issues Found yet.
In DZR, Hunter Compact long rifles are currently capped to a maximum level of 8. However, a level 11 schematic (high capacity scoped) exists which implies this may be the intended level cap of Hunter Compacts. When crafting this HC, it reverts back to level 8 on relog. The level cap for the HC may be incorrect as it leaves a considerable gap for players between level 8-12 until the next available long rifle (Sportshot Rifles, level 13+) drop unless they use the improvised long rifle (Van Buren, available at level 8). Most weapons also typically can be upgraded 5 levels from their base level. As HCs drop from level 5+, the current level cap only lets it be upgraded 3 levels. For reference, the first ever pistol given (Lawson .22) can be upgraded from level 1 to 5.
