Equipping WF immediately after raiding, preventing retaliation

Waiting for staff approval. It is not in Issues Found yet.

I would like to report about fixing the immediate use of White Flag after raiding someone that prevents the victim from retaliating the raider. It should not be used immediately after raiding. It would be good if it has 24 hour cooldown after raiding someone for justice especially if being trashed. Also the compound list has a bug where a player has a protection but no symbol of protection, which cannot be attacked.
