This is a bug from the old DZ where you can equip 2 of the same book. I will use the 50% Ammo Conservationist for Illustration 1:- Equip 50% "Ammo Conservationist" book 2:- Equip "How to specialize in combat" book 3:- Equip any timed book 4:- Equip the second 50% "Ammo Conservationists" in-place of the timed book As seen in this example this is an exploit that has game breaking potential
