Survivors not defending the base after recent update bug + equipping of "Bugged Items" as an exploit in raiding (Continued)

Last time I played was more than 8 hours ago ago until I played after I woke up. Someone raided a few minutes ago and I found out that only 2 of my survivors were defending the base plus some raiders are exploiting the game by using the bugged items (Commando gears, Combat armors, CQB gears, and etc.). Hopefully it gets fixed asap as this is not a normal gameplay intended even in the og. Below are attached document of the said incident report.
