Donating resources does not update player resource counts

When donating resources to alliance tasks, your resource count does not trigger the server to check and update your resource count. This can make it look as if you never lost resources in the process of donations, including when clicking the donate button again (i.e. if you donated 1000 cloth of 2142, the next time you click donate again, it still appears as if you still have 2142 cloth to donate).

Donating to an alliance task saved the spent resources, but the client kept showing the old amount, so the next donate still offered the full stack. The server now sends the updated wallet right after a successful donate. This will deploy on the next reboot.

Not quite fixed yet, resource count still does not update when donating resources.
