Survivors can't move/remain stuck after hitting a mine

This first happened in Union Island, in the Monument Section, I was stepping on the mine to detonate it because my Engi skill isn't that high, so I let my Engi survivor step on it. After stepping on it, my Engi survivor, and a few others, are stuck lying down. This cause me to lose the whole UI run. And the second time this happened again during my Raider Compound Mission at Waterside. Once again it happened, causing me to forfeit the mission because of one stuck character. I'll not be touching Raider Compounds/Union Island Raid until it gets a fix.

this is an original game bug, but approved, maybe suli can find the cause and fix.
