Survivors get stucked on the standing animation

As I explain in the video. The scavenger stepped on a mine and it blew up, after that, the survs coulnd't move, they were stuck on the standing animation. This already happened to me twice and, as you know, I can't complete the island (not if I want to get the golden haul) now.
