UI discrepancy: inventory upgrade still indicates it costs $10

Since no microtransactions are in DZR, this instead charges the player fuel. However, the UI does not reflect this.

Should be a simple fix through a new client version by changing the text input.

Fixed : inventory upgrades now show the actual Fuel cost instead of USD. Reload the game to receive the updated UI.
