Substitution of higher level medical components missing

In TLS:DZ, you could substitute medical components to heal injuries with higher tier medical components (e.g. if you need a level 3 sling but don't have one, you can substitute it with a level 4 or 5 sling instead). In the current game, clicking the prompt to substitute the medical component leads to a blank screen even when you have eligible components of a higher tier.
