Books not dropping since update v3.0.6

In update 3.0.6, books were removed from the loot pool of auto runs and limited only to manual runs. However, they also do not drop during manual runs and have continued to do so since this version. This issue was supposedly fixed in 3.0.7 but the absence of books continue to plague the Dead Zone.

Updated the book drop chance to 4% per eligible loot roll in manual missions. Automated missions remain unchanged. Deploy on next reboot.

More testing needed: nobody has reported finding books yet so far. Ran approx 10 manual missions and 10 auto missions today, neither yielded any book drops.

i will keep bumping this. devs keep insisting that books are dropping when the whole server knows they are not. books are NOT dropping. not in manual or auto. not 4% or 6%. no books.

Confirming the above statements, books still continue to not drop from either manual or auto missions.
