Rounding error on Lv2 upgrade of research

Ammo storage was adding the research bonus across every store, then rounding once, so level 2 could show 841/840. Each store is now rounded on its own before the total, matching the client. Live on the next reboot, anyone already at 841 keeps that one unit until it is spent.
