GAMEPLAY BUG: Hands Busy Bug (Cant do anything)

Player no longer can shoot, reload, throw smokes. CAUSE: UNKONWN Might be over the reload mechanic being super buggy, and frame perfect interruption of a reload as it finishes with explosions, knockback etc https://youtu.be/4cE2TX_Rup8

Improved handling of interrupted survivor actions will be addressed in a future client feature.
